Come see the inner workings of a model urban farm, right in
the center of Portland! In addition to adorable goats and showy chickens,
the North Portland Farm grows high-quality vegetables without the use of
chemicals. Learn about vegetable production, animal rearing, seed saving,
and much much more. There are opportunities to harvest, weed, plant,
thin, cultivate, and enjoy the quiet oasis of green in the middle of the
concrete jungle.
